Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef or pork sausages
- Olive oil
- Fresh rosemary (if desired)
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place sausages in a roasting pan (for best results we like to use a Scanpan).
Prick each sausage several times. Lay a few sprigs of fresh rosemary around the sausages (if desired).
Cover with Roasteasy and bake for 1 hour.
You can fold back Roasteasy and rotate the sausages once or twice during cooking.
NB: These turn out very similar to BBQ sausages, nice and brown and crunchy.
